PARKLANDS: the details As its name implies, Parklands is a cottage in a very
beautiful setting. Situated in three acres of landscaped private gardens, probably once part of the Colquite estate, it is
located in rural Washaway in the Camel Valley - a 15 to 20 minute drive from Rock and 3.5 miles from Wadebridge. Nearby is
Pencarrow House, a Georgian Mansion open to visitors, and the Camel cycle trail which runs between Bodmin and Padstow.
Parklands can sleep 4 people in a spacious and tastefully decorated single-storey property
with a wide, sunny terrace overlooking the grounds. It comprises a very large, well-appointed sitting/dining room, that looks
out to the conservatory and beyond to the garden, two comfortably large bedrooms- one with a double bed and one with twin
beds - a bathroom and kitchen, both newly fitted and well-equipped.

TREVETHAN: the details
Trevethan is a luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, holiday rental property
in the centre of Rock, Cornwall, on the beautiful Camel Estuary. The cottage is toddler-friendly with a Baby Dan travel cot
and high chair available on site, and there is a fully enclosed rear garden for children to play safely. The property is also
very suitable for elderly people as it has no internal stairs.
Providing high
quality self-catering accommodation for up to 8 people, Trevethan is situated close to beaches at Rock, Daymer Bay and
Polzeath and to local restaurants and shops. There is easy access to surfing, golfing, sailing, windsurfing, cycling and walking
activities. As a self-catering holiday home to let, Trevethan was awarded a 4-star rating by Visit Britain Quality in
Tourism at its last assessment. It is one of few self-catering cottages to let in Rock that offers more than one
bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
